Как рассказали протоколирующие заседания адвокаты, Голубев сообщил, что еще до событий начала 2022 года — активной фазы расследования уголовного дела, вышел из компании "Гермес", а также написал нотариально заверенное заявление о выходе из кооператива "Бест Вей". Из "Гермеса" получил через деньги через схему p2p — так, мол, консультант "Гермеса" ему рекомендовал, "чтобы не платить комиссию".
